We Give Numbers A Voice

ICAT is an interdisciplinary research group comprised of faculty and students in International Conflict Management (INCM), Economics, and Computer Science at Kennesaw State University. Our group studies social, economic, ecological, and political conflict vulnerabilities as well as transitions into the outbreak of violence. By identifying specific areas that make a country vulnerable to conflict, ICAT helps to identify mechanisms that promote violence reduction and transformation towards peace. Our work emphasizes market economics and equitable social development as tools for conflict prevention and transformation.
