Our Team

ICAT is a research project that is coordinated by the following faculty at Kennesaw State University:

 

Marcus Marktanner

Marcus Marktanner is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Finance, and Quantitative Analysis in the Coles College of Business. He is also a faculty in the School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding, and Development. His research focuses on the socioeconomic causes and consequences of conflict. He consulted the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), the World Food Program (WFP), and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). He also regularly contributes to the work of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation as an author and speaker on the Topic of the Social Market Economy.

Luc Noiset

Luc Noiset, Associate Professor of Economics at Kennesaw State University. His international consulting includes being the U.S. Treasury's resident representative to the Lativan Minister of Finance and the resident representative tax policy director to the Russian Ministry of Finance, for a large USAID sponsored project. In addition, Dr. Noiset has worked as a fiscal policy advisor in many countries of the former Soviet Union, as well as Egypt and Vietnam.

Jack Zheng

Jack Zheng is an Associate Professor of Information Technology in the College of Computing and Software Engineering. His research and expertise focus on designing and developing interactive data exploration and visualization for analytical and decision making purposes.
